Autodesk has not offered serial numbers for a few years now: is this an EDU or commercial license?
And for which software?

Simply start the program then login using the email address used by you to get the license.

Oh hey there ! I actually purchased the commercial license. The problem was that I couldn't sign in 'autodesk access' app. So eventually after I went through some follow up posts from Autodesk  I finally found the solution and was able to solve that problem and I could start the app and start working.

I just happened to realize that just in case if I wasn't able to sign-in regardless the guides and other things it would be helpful if I had an alternative solution just in-case. You know if you had problems with online transactions you file a ticket or alternatively you could go directly to bank to solve it(it's an simple analogy). It's just like that ! I thought maybe if I was provided with serial number even if it were useless to me I could just keep it in hand as a secondary option.

Thanks  again for the tip though !!

Hi if you have purchased a commercial license you are entitled to Autodesk support and you can open a ticket from your Autodesk Account. As said, Serial Number licenses are not provided anymore, since 2018, therefore it's not a secondary option.

Here are ways to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:
