Hello there, A client of ours had issues with their Office 365 applications where we had to re-create their windows login profile in order to rectify. After the profile was logged in he is having issues opening CAD as it keeps stating the following: "Your application was not able to obtain a license because the Flexnet licence server manager could not determine where to find the licensing data it needs. Please choose one of the following:" When putting the server name in to activate it as a network licence it then says "the flexnet licence finder has completed, press finish to return to the application" Once this has passed it then goes straight back to the first screen asking to activate. Our licencing server is on the Local network in the building and we are able to communicate with this server successfully without any issues, also when checking the LMTools application on the server the service is running fully and there are 6 licences available.
