Trying to activate a transferred license on a new end user. Keep getting "The product key entered is not valid. Verify and re-enter it." even though I have verified that it is the correct key for the product. AVA is no help just directs me to the list of keys.

Hello @jpowers6938J,
Welcome. What Autodesk application & version are you trying to activate?
Be sure to type (do not copy & paste) the Product Key, make sure both the serial number & product key used match the license you are trying to activate.

Hello @jpowers6938J,
If this is a single-user license, make sure to sign-out of all Autodesk Applications or uninstall the application on the original computer then try to activate it on the new computer.
Also, did you use the LTU tool to transfer this license? If you have a subscription, you do not need to transfer your license from one computer to another to activate your subscription software on a different computer. For each computer you wish to use, follow the standard installation procedures for your software.

Hello @jpowers6938J,
I see a subscription purchased on Oct. 9th, it is properly assigned to a user.
The only thing is that it is a sign-in activation method. You wouldn't input a serial number & product key for this activation method, select the Sign-in option.
Let us know how it turns out.
