That error usually means there is a problem with your temp folder - try clearing it out as much as you can (some system files in there may be in use and thus be unable to be deleted).
Did you create a text file with the normal values?
If not then you need to find the path to your regular temp folder which is usually located under C Drive -> Users -> (Your User Name) -> Appdata -> Local -> Temp
Then repeat the steps in reverse.

I am unable to solve this issue because when I am going according to provide your instruction but I am not seeing app data folder. Please if you send me a screen shoot of how to set default setting. I am very thankful to you.
