i got this message when i tried to install 3Ds Max from my autodesk account and when i pressed OK, the installation has been canceled.
Is there any possibility to solve this problem?

You can download your software via the Autodesk Virtual Agent it's a more effective method.
You tried installing before so please run through these steps:
