Installation Bug Windows10

Following all the instructions here:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/fus...

I am still unable to get Fusion to run on Windows10.

Thanks for helping!

Marco

Hello @marco3RKCB

You can pull system logs so we can have a closer look as to why the installation is not working.

Also let us know if you have had a recent update applied to your system lately.

Natasha

Not sure if you read my solution:

I have found (by chance!) the solution:

right click on the fusion program file, choose <restore previous versions> and select <run application in compatibility mode>, choose <widnows 8> and voilà Fusion would start perfectly.

see attachment.

I could not pull system logs because I was unable to open Fusion.

Anyways, it works now!

Thanks!!
