Install Error 1306

I am trying to install the AutoCad 2018 package with no result.

After the download I start the install process and after some time the process ends with a error. See the attached picture

How to solve this problem??

Hi,

 

in most cases it's a permission issue.

 

I would start with

  • login at your subscription center (https://manage.autodesk.com)
  • search for AutoCAD 2019 and use option "Browser Download" (>>>details<<<)
  • turn off antivirus (and other defending software, if any installed)
  • right-click the downloaded file (the first one if there were downloaded more than one) and use option "start as administrator" in the context menu

I am trying to install Civil 3D on my computer and it is not working. And I am receiving a message that prompts that there is an error 1306 that occurred while I was trying to install the software.
