I install update "extension 2" over Maya 2016 but not run anymore

I have a problem with Maya 2016, I installing http://up.autodesk.com/2016/MAYA/Autodesk_Maya_2016_EXT2_SP2_EN_JP_ZH_Mac_OSX.dmg

But my Maya 2016 don't run anymore.

 

Someone to help me?

 

After I try to restore maya 2016 with "Time Machine" and DON'T RUN EITHER!!

Have you tried removing the extension?
