I cannot reinstall my Creative suite.

Hello,

I had the creative suite for students.  I tried to copy the files to my ssd and then the windows said the original spot in which it was placed had been moved and will not work because of licensing.  I have been deleting files and downloading to find out the installation wizard saying the programs are on my computer still.  I have done this four times now and am fed up.  I keep finding all kinds of ways to go about it.  So far I searched my pc for "Autodesk" in the search bar.  I deleted all of those.  Presently I am using mr.fixit.  My OS is WIN 10.  Any smooth sailing advice would e appreciated, I am falling behind in my classes with the hours waiting for the installer to download only to tell me I can only get max sdk because everything else in the suite is already on my computer, ugh.  I apologize for the reiteration. Thank You in advance.

Hello Dreznon and welcome to the Autodesk community!

It looks like you need to find out more about downloading or re-downloading software, or are having issues that may be resolved by re-downloading.

For Windows users, before downloading products on Windows 10, please check that the product is compatible.

Oftentimes installation and/or download issues can be addressed by using a different download method, or by downloading directly from the Autodesk Virtual Agent. Community members with similar issues found the following article(s) useful:

Use the Manual Uninstall link within my signature. This will walk through the process of using the Microsoft Fixit tool to remove the necessary files to reinstall.

If you need to download the software again, Download the software from the Autodesk Virtual Agent

Once there, use the Download Links option to navigate to the application you need to download.

NOTE: If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, once they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.

Thank you both, I have already done the mr. fixit and have waited until tonight to be by my computer to see your responses.  I will go ahead and try it now and let you know.

It looks like it will work.  The only thing is it said only 6.73 GB needed when the Autodesk sight said it was 16.35 GB.  I hope I get everything and it works!  Will post again soon.

Oh yeah Buddy!  I got it installed.  I also seen the directory for where my files were to be sent before I installed and directed it toward the ssd.  Awesomeness!  Thanks Thanks Thanks Thanks, oh yeah!
