I can´t install student version Autocad 2015

Hi!

I tried to install the software but when the process is starting, a message appears in the screen. The message says: "Network failured". It says that I have to install from the website but I don't know how to do it. Can you help me please?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried disabling your antivirus and installing from the virtual agent?

Yes, I have already tried disabling my antivirus but it doesn't work. I don't understand "virtual agent", what does it mean?
