I can't download AutoCAD for STUDENTS on my Mac

This is the message that I met after I entered my university data to apply for the license. I know is a website problem but I don't Know how to solve. Please help me

Please try putting in a support ticket first:

But also a different browser, with the anti-virus off and incognito ( had quite a few able to use it)
