I am geting error while activating my Stingray pin

I am getting following error while activating my Stingray pin at autodesk.com/pin-activate as instructed on card..

 

"The PIN you entered cannot be found. You will be locked out after 5 consecutive attempts. Please contact the Reseller from whom you purchased the PIN."

 

I haven't purchased Stingray, i got it as prize in AUIN 2016 Mumbai. So please help me.

There's nothing that we can do here, we're only users..   I assume AUIN was for Autodesk University in your area, is that correct?

 

To the right of your posting, is a list of links...  You will have to use the chat option that appears in the link that is called New: Get an Activation Code.
