Good day,
I am working in an environment where the company uses AutoCAD 2012 x86. Previously, their environment was running on Windows 7 x86 so there were no issues with using the x86 installer, but they have recently begun testing Windows 7 x64 bit for performance reasons. It looks like they only have downloaded the installer files for the x86 version of the software. I have read through a few posts on some fixes for the issue, but was wondering if it was possible to get the x64bit version of the software? I am trying to avoid having to use 3rd party applications or the Win XP virtual environment to run the software.
I checked the Virtual Help portal and it looks like they currently have products only as far back as 2013. Is there anywhere within the Autodesk support site that I can obtain a copy of AutoCAD 2012 x64bit? I also thought I would mention that we are running a single server licensing solution for the application as well.
Any thoughts or comments on how to obtain the installer would be much appreciated.
Best regards,
-Steven
