I have been using the same Autodesk Account user name for many years. A couple of years ago my work group went from a local subscription perpetual license account to a company wide network licensed account. I've been logging onto the subscription web site to download service packs with my account linked to the 2019 Product Design Suite perpetual license we had. This 2019 product is expiring as of 1/31/2021. I need assistance to update my user name to be linked to the network license we now use. The network license administrator added me as a USER but I either need a invitation to create a new user name of get someone at Autodesk to link my user name to the correct contract number.
Can anyone point me to a person who could help me with this?

Please reach out to Autodesk Technical Support, once you are on the "Contact Customer Support" home page, please select Post-Purchase Support > User & License Management and then Manage Users. From there you should see options to connect you with Support and they will be able to assist you.
