I don't think you can [legally] -- that's part of the price you [or your source] "pay" for free educational use. But I would bet there are other Topics on this Forum about that, in case any of them might have suggestions that do not violate your licensing agreement.

You don't, that comes with it being the educational version.
If everyone could do work in the EDU version and convert, then companies would only need one seat of the commercial version and use EDU copies for the rest.
