Help for students to acess AUTOCAD

I am a teacher who started teaching this semester autocad and revit in Cefet-rj, which has a license for students. The programs were installed by the IT department, in the computer lab, room D200. I'm having trouble accessing students. Some of them succeed, but most don't. The system keeps asking for a new verification in looping or does not allow access through that station. It would be possible to get help online on Tuesday at 3:30 pm. Thanks

Would you be able to provide any screenshots or further details of the error message?

As a first step, I would recommend your students try to verify using incognito mode in their browser and see how that goes.

A workaround I can also recommend is that educators can generate 125-user class licenses and assign those licenses to students until they are verified. You can request class licenses on the class/lab tab on the edu products page.
