Hi!
I am new to the Autodesk community, and purchased an AutoCAD LT annual subscription this past Saturday (1/16). I received my order confirmation but have not received my software. I am frustrated because my credit card has been charged and I do not have the software. The email is not in my junk folder, and on my account it labels the order as "processing." How long does it usually take to receive the software?

They just cancelled and refunded my order. I did not want a refund I just wanted my software link. Please help haha
Nevermind, they said there was an error with my order (I was charged for it anyway) and they cancelled it so I can re-order.
