We have recently made a slight adjustment in our number of Vault licenses. Though renewing 90% of our subscriptions weeks ahead of expiration, we were reminded several times per day that "Your subscription is expiring". Annoying, but acceptable. Now, past the expiration date, the spam continues, with a slight modification. Several times a day I am reminded that "Your subscrption has expired", despite the fact that we have renewed the number of licenses we need. The only thing expired is a few licenses we no longer need. How long are we supposed to live with this totally irrelevant nuisance? We are aware of our status. We have what we want. Please stop spamming.

Which of these below in the screenshot did you all go out of your way to ensure they are not the cause? Your post only mentions purchases, there is no mention of what you all tried to mitigate the issue
Let me rephrase my feedback: PLEASE add a "Don't show this message again" option to the "Your subscription has expired" message box, at least when a subscription on the team has expired, but other active subscriptions cover all assigned users:

It's best if you do that in the correct forum then, Autodesk only looks there for suggestions, this forum is mostly us end users just like you with no ability to change anything. here is the link https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autodesk-account-ideas/idb-p/992
