Education license not renewing despite eligibility confirmed

Hi there, my Fusion 360 account recently prompted me that my "Term has expired" so I chose to renew as a student, which I am. Upon submitting proof of my eligibility, I received the confirmation that I am eligible and yet I am still unable to convert back to an educational license. I have gotten in touch for support via email but I have not received any replies since the last two days. Any help please?

This issue has been resolved, it required an entitlement re-sync of Fusion 360.

@natasha.l ... Hi. I have the same problem with Alias, CFD, and VRED. Can someone please tell me how this was resolved. I have no products assigned to my certified Autodesk ID and have no way of doing so (there are no options to do this)

You can request products for your account at: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview 

Just sign in and download the installer.

Have done this. I Have sent in the faculty letter and had my eligibility confirmed. I have downloaded the software but when I sign in it just tells me that I am using a trial version. I wonder if it is finding conflict with my old student account (which is still on the system). Do you know how to delete old accounts.
