did anyone see this situation before? what is happening?

so, everything is fine, until i reinstall the win10, i already did this

still not working, i had repair it , reinstall it, still cant halp.

 

anyone can help?

And you fixed/checked the registry item like your link explained it after installing?

Is it an older version of autocad that isn't compatible with windows 10? The article you linked is from 2014 and 2014 and back versions of autocad will not work with windows 10. If they do work they will most likely break at some point with an update.

Reinstalling windows 10 is a big deal, which in most cases would break every installed application on the machine (non-windows related). I recommend performing the following task:

  • Perform a clean uninstall/reinstall as documented here: Performing a Clean Uninstall
  • Clear out your temp directories as documented here: Deleting temporary files
  • Download a fresh copy of the Autodesk installation files (From Autodesk Account or Ava)
  • Reinstall the software

That should get you back in business.
