CFD 2019 does not start

I am evaluating CFD 2019 but I cannot get it to start. I get as far as the splash graphic, followed by clear death. There is no error message, nothing, just clean exit.

 

CFD Server Manager 2019 starts and keeps on running, but the front end application does not run.

 

Is there a log file somewhere? Is this a known fault? How can I troubleshoot this?

 

Windows 10

16 Gb RAM

@Anonymous Have you tried running as administrator?

Yes, I tried. The problem is shown as the attached picture.can't open CFDcan't open CFD

Hi David, I can't run the CFD (as shown in the attached picture). I tried both download methods and it still not working.

I tried everything and it didn't work until I found your comment about the "download via browser" method, it works now! Thank you very much!

im having the same problem, when i click on the icon of CFD it shows a picture of CFD and than after ish 4 sec it disappears, i have CAD with the same licens and that is working!

I gave up trying to fix this. Recently I installed again and all works fine.

Hi,

i have exactly the same problem with starting the CFD program. Have you solved this issue already? I really need to run this program and this bull**** error for no reason is killing me.

HI Simon,

 

I think the way is to download the installation package using 'Browser Download'.

 

Try and let me know.  I think it will work.
