cant log in to autodesk.com/education/free-software/inventor-professional

Hello,

i need Autodesk Inventor 2016 for education purpose, so i went to autodesk.com/education/free-software/inventor-professional

I can log in to every other autodesk site, but this one seems to require a dedicatied login. So i klick login. And nothing happens. Since i saw today in a lecture that this login button works for other people, i tried again as soon as i was home. I tried on 2 different pcs with 3 diffrent browsers. All are in the same network.

i noticed, that i can log into this specific site using my mobile and its mobile data connection. using wlan my mobile cant log in either.

i am using my pc for 2h now for today and didn find any other issues regarding my internet. so im pretty shure this is an serversided issue.

Can you help me to get this download working?

Hello okelmann and welcome to the Autodesk community!

It looks like you need to find out more about downloading or re-downloading software, or are having issues that may be resolved by re-downloading.

For Windows users, before downloading products on Windows 10, please check that the product is compatible.

Did you create an Educational account? If not, you'll need to do that.

Download the software from the Autodesk Virtual Agent it's the same software.

Once there, use the Download Links option to navigate to the application you need to download.

NOTE: If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, once they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.

Thanks for the quick response and the workaround. I got it working now.

But you still might consider fixing this issue.
