Cant create support issued

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to contact support
2. Help using my software
3. Product 'Maya' and add details
4. press See Options

 

Expected results
Get me some options to contact support.

 

Actual results
No options to contact support, stuck on Loading your options forever. See attache imaged

might be firewall / anti-virus blocking it

 

Try using Chrome / Incognito mode and see if it works.
