Revit installation failed

I had a lot of problems with Revit 2023 so i deleted it. Now i want to install it again and it keeps telling me that it's already installed. I tried to fix the problem by checking the registry editor but i can't find anything from revit 2023 anymore. I also tried to find the problem with the microsoft program install and uninstall, i deleted a few but it still isn't working.
