Cannot log into sketchbook pro program

I am on a windows 10 pro with a 32-bit processor and all of sudden I can no longer log into my Autodesk sketchbook pro program. I can't install a newer version because it is not supported by my processor type, I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and get the same problem.

That doesn't help me...I don't need sketch up, I would like the servers that host the sketchbook program for 32 bit processors to go back online. Does anyone know when they will?
