Check if your subscription is serialised:
Product activation | Download & Install | Autodesk Knowledge Network
If not, choose the "Sign in with Autodesk ID" option.
If it keeps asking...
- When you launch the product and are greeted with this screen, click on the “Run” button:
- When the software loads up, click on the little down arrow to the right of the question mark in the top right corner of the software and select “About Autodesk <product name>” from the dropdown:
- Click on “Manage license”:
- Click on the “Activate” button:
You should then see this screen:
- Click on “Sign in with your Autodesk ID” and provide your Autodesk account credentials.
