Can't install on Mac. [Errno 13] Permission denied

I had this same issue previously when trying to install Fusion 360. The only way I could get the software to run was by downloading direct from the Mac App store. Now Autodesk is pulling the App store software I need to get this Autodesk downloaded software running. I'm hitting the same walls as previous.

Screenshot attached of error message. Log file also attached.

I am running a MacBook Pro 15-inch, Mid 2012, 2.6GHz with 16GB Ram.

On macOS Mojave. Version 10.14.4

I have seen there have been several other cases of the same issue (or similar) on the Autodesk support forums. There does not seem to be a solution or feedback from Autodesk on this that I can find.

Help would be appreciated. As it stands I am unable to run the software.

Thanks, Mike.

Ummm, bump. Have not heard anything yet, or had any help from Fusion 360 Support on this?

Problem is still very much persisting.

Was there ever a solution given for this issue? I'm in the same boat, and have not received a reply.

Thanks in advance,

Nick

I have the same problem.

Have run AutoDesk cleaners, manually cleaned library, turned off Firewalls and security. Tried everything. Still get same message. very Frustrating.

I'd start a new post ... you're on one from 2019.  I'd do it clean and based on your OS / Software having an issue.  This will help those who might have this issue as well with that OS and Software

Best

Mike
