Big architectural firm using pirated autodesk

Hi, I know a well known architectural firm here in the philippines that's using pirated autodesk software. So far, I have confirmed the piracy of their Autocad, but I would like to know if there's a cash reward for reporting the said company?

Call 1-800-NO COPIES to speak with someone personally about your report and if there are any reward.

From what I can glean online... payouts are in the 5%-10% "finders fee" of the total amount recovered, assuming that can be collected but the one reporting it all because...
