Hi Autodesk app was working fine but today whenever I start the app it shows a blank page and that affected my student licenses on autocad I tried to follow a solved solution but it didn't work please if anyone can help just post your solution
I have the same issue. on a student license too. really need help.

Many have reported this issue.. Most likely a backend issue at Autodesk.. However I wouldn't worry about it.. The Desktop app is bloatware and causes more issues than it resolved.

Could you please try this?
Exit Autodesk desktop app(from system tray menu)
Stop AdAppMgr Service(task manager)
%Programdata% > Autodesk > Delete the “SDS” folder
Restart Autodesk desktop app.
Please let me know if it works.

Ummm, as you can see we are telling you that we already did that, and it's not working.
I rebooted my computer and now it works. Rebooting isn't the first thing you go for if you have a couple of projects open. I'm thankful for the fix but I've probably lost 3 hours trying to make what should be a simple app work.

It looks like the results are about 50/50. Some the reboot helps. Others have rebooted at least twice with no results.

If you have any virus/firewall programs active close them down then end the desktop app process in the task manager and restart the app.
That does not work for me at all.
Please re-start the system and try this

Restart Autodesk desktop app.
