But recently I update my computer from window8 to window10. I can't use autocad.

Welcome to the community...

This is a user forum so we have no access to your activation code.   Use the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the actication and registration links.   As a side note AutoCAD 2009 may not even run on Win 10, but I suppose if you had it running under Win 8 it may work.
