what OS are you currently on?
Also, is the error when it's running or during the installation?
and this update

Hi Mike,
I am on Windows 11 Pro x64. The error runs when I open AutoCAD and it closes down immediately - the installation was fine.

Morning @elisabetta_meggiolaro
Unfortunately, that's the issue. W11 isn't supported for 2020 and older versions, and C++/NET is an issue.
Soory I don't have better news.
The reason I installed AutoCAD 2018 is because I wanted to use Vehicle Tracking 2018 license with it. Is there any other way I can use Vehicle Tracking itself with an old Autodesk license and not the AEC collection? Thank you.
Regards
Gotcha..
Do you have access to a W10 machine?
Yes, I do have also access to W10 machines. Would version 2018 work in those? Thank you for your help.
Yes with all of the updates:
