AutoCAD 2016 Failed Installation

I am trying to download and install the AutoCAD 2016 software from my Company's software catalog. I have been getting the error that says " Software Installation not Started. There was a problem evaluating the requirements for this application". If you have come across this issue and know how to fix it - please let me know.

Not sure why your file states CAD 2013 as the installation you're trying to do is AutoCAD 2016...Either way, download the software from the Autodesk Virtual Agent

 

  • Once there, use Download Links and navigate to the application you need to download.

NOTE: If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, once they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.
