activation error

Hello,

I installed autocad 2014, but when i activate it, it says the serial number is invalid.  I had no problem with the serial number and product key when I installed it.  What is the problem?

Activation is a license verification process: the error message usually means:
1. You entered in incorrectly. Type it all in again (no copy/paste).
OR
2. Someone used your 2014 license to upgrade to a newer version of AutoCAD.

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you using this as part of your new subscription? If you are, you will want to generate the entitlement by requesting the previous version, then the serial number will become valid.
