Hello,
I'm an Engineering student at Pavia University and I set up a student account in order to download Inventor 2019.
When selecting version and language an error window is shown: "We cannot provide you with your license details at this time". I never got any email containing license details and the "Products and services" section in my account page doesn't show Inventor 2019 details.
I tried to reset my account as suggested in the forum, but I can't even get the confirmation email (it's not in spam).
Talking to an agent, he said that there are "synchronization problems" with my account.
I attached my conversation with the agent but it's in italian.
How do I solve this? I opened more than one case but nobody's answering!
