3DS max 2017 error 400

Hello there

I have an educational license.

When I try to activate the 3ds max program, it gives me error400.

They have given me the activation code but it gave the same error again. I have tried various ways but have not reached a conclusion.

They say there may be an error with the Windows version, but I installed the product on a new computer.

I also tried other programs and other versions (like 2016,2015) and it gives me the same error.

Please help me as soon as possible because I can not use any AutoDesk program.
