3DS Max 2016 complete installation fails

When i try to install the programe i get this error.  I have no idea what this means.

What version of windows are you installing this on?  More importantly, what .Net Framework version is it running?

Hello @Anonymous,

If you are using a Install Now you want to try a more effective method called Browser Download, but first uninstall the product by following the steps below. 

1. Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the application & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
2. Reboot the computer & log in as Administrator 
3. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
4. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
5. Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account

Means that the prerequisite is failing to install which I've seen before.  There are a number of steps to take but I found this other post to be most helpful is resolving this issue.

The issue has nothing to do with the 1619 error.  The installation is failing due to the method the OP is using..
