3d max 2015 can't install

HI I'm a Korean colldege studen. so that i apologize to my immature english but i really need a help.

When yesterday, Formated my computer to upgrade with windows.

So that i need to install whole 3d programs again.

But suddenly 3d max didn't install.

To be more specific, I can install Subcomponents like populate system, or backburner. 

But i can' install 3D max it self!

When install is over. I can see Subcomponents icons on my desktop, but i can't see 3d max icon. 

I searched for the icon using the search function, but when I click it, it is called an unavailable function and asks if I want to delete the icon. It is useless to erase and reinsall the program again.

i don't know what is the problem. can search the icon but not activating? wt...

what i really don't understand is i have a two computers, and the other thing is not have any problems.

now i really confuse.

if someone knows about this problem. please help me.

I am using student version and my window version is windows 10.

Without your installation log file we can only speculate what the issue at this point.  So post your installation file.. Posting info: Sometimes installation log files contain personal information such as your serial #.  Prior to posting your log file please make sure to remove such info.
