Your Subscription Expires Soon

I know that my subscription expires soon. The accountants are on it, and we'll be issuing a PO very soon. However, I'm getting the following popup WAY too much. I know that it's been at least 50 times today. I can't exactly nail the behavior down to anything specific, but I do know that it will popup when I fire up any software, as well as any time that I hit "Run" / "Solve" in Nastran, or even enter the Nastran environment. I'm running Inventor 2022.4 and AutoCAD 2022.1.2. This popup seems to also show up when the software sits idle for a period of time, and I come back to it. As far as I know, I'm the only person on our subscription that's getting this, presumably because I am the primary admin. Any thoughts or solutions?

Well, none of these things worked.  It seems to be less frequent today, but maybe I'm just jaded and getting used to the popup.

  • License service may need updating
    • This was up to date; just updated this yesterday before originally posting.
  • The subscription has expired and though a new one has been purchased, it's not assigned to the user.
    • No, as mentioned the subscription has not expired.  It expires on 12/29/2022.
  • A subscription on the same team has expired and is within the brief processing period, but other active subscriptions cover all assigned users.
    • No, as mentioned the subscription has not expired.  We do have multiple subscriptions on our contract, but they all expire on the same date.
  • The subscription has expired, but the renewal is still being processed during a brief processing period.
    • No, as mentioned the subscription has not expired.  It expires on 12/29/2022.
  • The subscription has expired without another to replace it.
    • No, as mentioned the subscription has not expired.  It expires on 12/29/2022.
  • The subscription has not expired and is still valid, but the license activation needs to be reset.
    • Tried that yesterday before posting, and once again today for good measure. No luck.
  • The product offering has been upgraded from a Standard to Premium plan.
    • Nothing changed there.

It's going to keep reminding you .. it's annoying.  But that's the reminder. There isn't a way to disable it.

I guess sometimes the best thing to do is nothing, because the behavior has seemed to have subsided with time.

it's a reminder that's ramps up .. .annoys and goes away.

I've seen both sides:  Hate the reminder, why didn't it tell me more that I'm going to lose access.
