why is there no tick box for those wishing to cancel thier subscription

Although the product is good it seems the clarity of attempting to cancel subscription need immediate attention. I have tried every avenue to cancel the monthly automatic delivery of my funds to Autodesk yet there is no tick box to clearly end the subscription.

I think I know the problem. You're looking in the wrong place. Kind of like posting here.

Hi @neilgranger47 

 

Have you looked up your order in your Autodesk Account? You should be able to turn off the auto renewal of your subscription from there. If you can't find the option in your account, please follow the instructions here: Cancel Subscription Renewal in the Autodesk Store. Hope this helps.
