verify email link dos not work

Hi, I just recieved my verifcation email, I clicked the link to verify and now when I sign in it tells me my account needs to be veified. Any infomation would be appreciated. Thank you!

Are we talking about an Education Community account or an Autodesk Account for a purchased commercial license?

For the second case, please contact your Contract Manager (the person in your company responsible for purchasing Autodesk software and managing your account with us), and ask them to follow these steps:

Adding and Removing Users

Setting up User Permissions
