Hi, I created an account but it says that I need to click the link in the verification email.  But I haven't recieved any email from you.  I kept trying to resend the email but still nothing appears in my email.

I also just created an account, and the email has not shown up after numerous attempts at resending it.

Numerous times tries, click for resend link and waiting days and it never arrives.

It happens on two completely different accounts

Folder SPAM etc. thoroughly, heavily inspected and nothing. Emails from other vendors of academic software arrives as usual.

EDIT. What's curious, notofication emails from Autodesk forum arrives instantely, but verification email ... propabely goes to Black Hole 🙂

Hi! I am also having this problem. I have not received any e-mail for the license of Maya. Hoping for a fix as soon as possible because my Maya is close to expiring (2 days) and I really need it for schoolworks.

If your license is expiring you'll need to request a new version: https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/maya

If you don't get an email all serial numbers can be found at: http://manage.autodesk.com

facing the same problem, I did not find any link on my mail even after trying to resend mail 10 times.

also checked spam nothing is there too.

Hello, I'm having a similar issue. I changed my email and have yet to receive the verification email. I tried following the support options but in order to get in contact with support I needed to sign in which I couldn't do since I'm not verified. please advise.

Yes I've been checking spam often. The email I'm trying to use is my school email.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the email verification process. I have listed some helpful tips you can follow or if you prefer you can reach out to support step #3. 

 

1. Please check the spam / junk folders.  The sender email is:   noreply@autodesk.com

2. If your email has a typo or does not meet or character restrictions, please conduct the following:

  1. Login to: https://accounts.autodesk.com/Profile/Security.
  2. Click on "Change Email" correct the email or try another email address 
  3. Update the Email ID to a valid one. You will receive an email sent to the "changed" email account for verification
  4. Otherwise, click on the "Verify Email" button next to the "Change Email" button
  5. Check the email account for the verification email 
  6. Click on the link received in the email
  7. Proceed to login to the application

3. If you are still encountering issues please contact customer service for account assistance

Hi. I did't received confirmation email too (checked spam folder, etc.) and can't contact Autodesk support, because to do that, my email address must be confirmed 

 

P.S. Received "Welcome to the Autodesk Community" email (so my email provider doesn't block Autodesk), but this is not confirmation email.
