Hi, I created an account but it says that I need to click the link in the verification email.  But I haven't recieved any email from you.  I kept trying to resend the email but still nothing appears in my email.

I have been having the same problem. And when I tried to get help from the links posted, i found they no longer exist.

Same problem here, I created all of my coworkers (and mine too) account and I get any email verification. So right now, we are 4 people that doesn't have aucotad on our computer. Can someone do something fast? I'm calling again and again your customers service... They told me that they will call me back but they don't. It's been more than 48 hours now...  I'm seriously pissed right now. Pardon my french. Please, help.

Hello @Anonymous, 

Can you please explain the workflow you used to assign named users? 

If you are the Contract Manager you would assign products to named users but named users create their own Autodesk Accounts. 

 

Please review that following: 

1.Named Users

"Just as admins manage users in Autodesk Account, users manage their products in Autodesk Account. When an admin assigns a user to a product, the user receives a confirmation email. They can then create an Autodesk Account by visiting accounts.autodesk.com and selecting the Create an Account link."

 

2. Adding and Removing Users (New View)

For Autodesk support.

I have been unable to get signed in.

 

My original account "roger at leitch dot me dot uk"  unable to reset password as the email does not arrive.

Created a new account "roger at leitch dot top"   Managed two step verification with a text message but cannot get past next stage because the verification email has not arrived. 

Only thing that sort of works are forums

I am currently having the same problem. I want to download Autocad for free as a student, but I can't do it because I need first to verify my email.

I am not able to receive "email verification".  Ive sent it (6) times and still havent received an email.  I receive the text with the code to enter add then nothing.

The chat from Autodesk was not helpful as the tech kept reseting my password - which i didnt ask for.  Then she told me that the Autodesk chat was for paying customers only.  She then sent me to this chain and ended the chat.

Its a repeating cycle.  All my info is correct on my profile page.

I just don't receive the email verification.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My problem was that our network distributer was blocking the email confirmation from autodesk. As if it was a spam.  All I did was to call them and they fixed the problem… Hoping it can help you a little. Sorry about my English! Salutations,

Have tried searching for - noreply@mail.accounts.autodesk.com everywhere but no joy, spam / junk folders.
