User authentication error of AutoCAD 2015 Single User Subscription

After Customer purchase single user subscription license of AutoCAD 2018, they want to use AutoCAD 2015. Because they have also use customization program for AutoCAD 2015.  

And they try to proceed authentication process after install AutoCAD 2015 on their PC. However, the program stop the process, and it required “Establish an Internet connection to continue”, even though they set white list as bellow on their Proxy Server.

They can’t use this application 3 month after purchase this application.

Would you give any advice for this customer to solve this problem?

Most likely the issue is related to this.

However if your customer is in an restricted area and provide the solutions as described in the following articles doesn't work, then most likely a single user subscription is not going to work for them.

Thank you for your advice for us.

Already we have checked against AutoCAD 2015 is adapted hotfix, and white list setting situation on their proxy server.

However authentication process of AutoCAD2015 was failed.

On the other hands, we tried to do this by using AutoCAD 2018. In case of AutoCAD2018, the process is completely successes.

Now they can use AutoCAD 2015 using AutoCAD 2018’s authentication information.

Can you give us any advice against this situation against AutoCAD 2015 authentication process for our customer?
