AutoCAD LT 2013 is not accepting the license anymore

On 2013, we purchased seven(7) Autocad LT 2013 full version for our draftsman  team, since then we use it for a couple of years until due to a high demand for an advance drawing scope, we purchase another version of Autocad Product which is Building Design Suite 2016, And for a limited use we uninstall all of the Autocad LT 2013 from the draftsmans PC's. Now my problem is i could not be able install again using the serial/product key coming from the CD it seems that it will be a trial version only after the installation. Please advice how to install it correctly as i know in the License and Services Agreement while we purchase this product as a stand-alone license therefore it is for a perpetual term. Thanks..

Its all about the history of the serial # for your 2013 product.  Did you use that to upgrade (or reduce the cost) to the 2016 suite?

We only users here and have no information regarding why your 2013 serial # wouldn't work.

Please contact the Autodesk Licensing and activation team for resolution
