Unable to uninstall Eng Language pack

Hello, 

I need some help installing: autodesk product design suite ultimate 2016, in particular Inventor. Something went wrong during the initial install process and as a result I was not able to reinstall the suite because the installer said Autocad and Inventor were already installed. 

After searching for a long time and deleting almost all of the registry-items naming autodesk, autocad or inventor, Autocad and Inventor were no longer installed. 

The problem now is that it says the English language pack is still installed and as far as I can see it isn't.

I have already searched for solutions, but the problem is that these mostly involve microsoft FixIt, wich is not available on windows 10 (x64).

 

If somebody has an idea, please post the solution.

Use the Microsoft Cleanup utility for Windows 10.  I have a link to it in my signature.
