Bonsoir,

 

Je rencontre un problème au lancement du logiciel Autocad 2015, dès que je démarre le logiciel après le chargement se lance la page d'erreur suivante:

" Le système de sécurité (gestionnaire de licence du verrouillage du prologiciel) ne fonctionne pas ou n'a pas été installé correctement. "

Ensuite la fenêtre d'autocad se ferme automatiquement, j'utilise le logiciel depuis un moment et je ne vois pas d'où vient le problème.

Good evening,


I encountered a problem when launching the Autocad 2015 software, as soon as I start the software after loading starts the following error page:
"The security system (license lock manager for the software) does not work or has not been installed properly."
Then the autocad window closes automatically, I use the software for a while and I do not see where the problem comes from.

This error has several causes.

 

The solutions to this error can be resolved below, check to ensure the services are not disabled:

  1. Click the Windows Start button and in the Run box type "Services."
  2. Select the "Services" node.
  3. In the services list, locate FlexLM Licensing Service and FlexLM Licensing Service 64.
  4. Right-click the entry and click "Properties."
  5. Set the "Startup Type" to "Automatic."
  6. Click "Start" to start the service and click "OK."
  7. Do this for both services. (32 bit systems may have only one service).
  8. Start the program to test.

If this does not help, either moving a data file (xxx_TSF.data)  located C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet or performing a Clean Uninstall and reinstall of the Program should fix the issue.
