Hello @tonysowen

For other community members reviewing this post. Please review these steps outlining the common solutions to this issue.

  1. Reboot the computer & quit any applications from Task Manager running in the background
  2. License Reset (2017 & newer products)
  3. License Service is Disabled or Corrupt (standalone)
  4. Make sure you are properly assigned to the products by the Administrator & that the Administrator has a "User" Tab (if there is no tab contact Autodesk Account support)
  5. Subscription Licensing Error: "Establish an Internet connection to continue"
  6. The Windows profile used is set to standard user & needs to be changed to Administrator
  7. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your system
  8. Resetting and Changing Your Autodesk Account Password to reset the account manually

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.
