Student license: Unexpected Application Error occurs when trying to access the education software page

Hello,

I am trying to access the Autodesk Education Software page, but I keep getting this error:

 

Unexpected Application Error – Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'address')

 

It happens every time I open the page:

https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

 

I have already tried clearing cache, using incognito mode, and switching browsers, but the problem persists.

Could you please help me fix this issue or provide another way to verify my education account?

 And also, the site gets stuck at this page https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview#FSN , when i get asked to clear some things out

Hi @grozaalex05, I saw another user who had the same issue and solved it by using an incognito mode. However, as you have already tried it, would you please contact the education support (steps can be found here) to look into the issue? Thank you.
