Error When Applying for Student License – Address Issue

Hi! I know this issue has been “resolved” before, but I’d like to ask if there are any other solutions because I’m still encountering the same problem.

Whenever I try to apply for a student license, I receive this error message:

I’ve already tried the suggested remedies such as clearing cache, using incognito mode, and switching browsers, but the issue still persists.

Has anyone experienced this recently or found another workaround? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for creating a new topic. I contacted the education support team because I see more and more people reporting this issue on the forum.

The team said that the fix has been deployed on the Education Community website but it might take a few day to fully resolve the issue. If you are still having the issue and need a solution immediately, would you please contact the Education support by clicking "Ask the Assistant" button? Please ask them to reset your profile so you can apply for a student license.
