Stuck at Initialization stage

Hi,

I have downloaded and tried to install Revit 2020 and AutoCad 2020. I did them separately. However both of them stuck at the Initialization stage at the installation. 

I have run the bat file to activate Windows Management Instrumentation (winmgmt) service as described on this link:

CER error

However, the installation still did not proceed.

When I tried to install Revit 2020, it came asking to send the error report. Then it came to the screen:

Thank you for sending your error report CER_203202606 to Autodesk.

Would you please help?
